When you submit a maintenance request to Northern Pass Properties, our team will contact you to schedule an appointment for a maintenance technician to visit your home.

Please note:

• Someone 18 years or older must be present during the appointment to allow the technician access to the property.
• Technicians are not provided with keys to any property.
• If a scheduled appointment is missed, a $35 trip charge will be billed to the tenant’s account.

If this is a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately.

Important

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.

Notice:

Wipes of any kind are strictly prohibited in all of our properties. If a plumbing issue occurs and wipes are found in the pipes or plumbing system associated with your unit, the tenant will be responsible for the full cost of repairs.
