Owner FAQs
Answers to your frequently asked questions
-
How fast can you rent out my home?
It depends on the condition, location, and rental price. Some homes rent in as little as 24 hours, while others may take several weeks. We focus on client satisfaction over price, so it’s always better to price your rental competitively and rent quickly than to let it sit vacant at a higher price. -
I live out of town. Do I have to come to El Paso to get started?
No! We handle everything remotely through phone and internet. Many of our clients have never met us in person, yet we’ve successfully managed their properties for years. -

It’s simple:- You provide the keys or place them in the lockbox we supply.

-
Who handles repairs on my property?
We coordinate all maintenance through our trusted network of vendors — electricians, plumbers, roofers, appliance technicians, painters, and more — ensuring quality work at great rates. -
Can I use my own repair team or do repairs myself?
Yes, you can handle repairs yourself or use your preferred vendors. However, most of our services are cost-effective and completed quickly, with 90% of repairs done the same day they are reported. -
How do I receive rent and invoices?
Monthly invoices are generated around the 10th or 11th, depending on weekends and holidays. Within 24 hours of receiving your invoice, rent is directly deposited into your account, usually by the 12th of each month. -
Can you take over from another property management company?
Absolutely. We can transition your financials, leases, and responsibilities quickly. If the property is occupied, we coordinate with your tenant to ensure a smooth transition. If it’s vacant, we take the keys, conduct inspections, take updated photos, and get it back on the market fast. -
Can you help with evicting a tenant?
Yes. With a small fee and a management agreement, we can handle all eviction proceedings, including serving notices, filing with the Justice of the Peace, and representing you in court. -
Can you help me purchase a new investment property?
Definitely. As licensed REALTORS, we can assist with purchasing and evaluating new properties. We provide competitive rental market analyses and guidance on preparing the property for rental success.
